1. Permitted & Acceptable Use
Aladin Proxy provides Residential, ISP, IPv4, and Mobile proxy networks strictly for legal, legitimate data collection, market research, SEO monitoring, multi-accounting, and privacy management purposes.

Strictly Prohibited Activities:
– Spamming, mass email distribution, or phishing attacks.
– Unauthorized access, cracking, brute-forcing, or DDoS operations.
– Financial fraud, credential abuse, or card testing.
– Any activity that violates local or international laws.

Any account found engaged in malicious activities will be terminated immediately without any notice or refund.

2. Payment & Subscription
– All service fees are quoted in USD and must be paid in advance.
– Proxies and bandwidth allocations are activated upon confirmed receipt of payment.
– Users are responsible for managing their billing and renewing active bandwidth or dedicated IP allocations prior to expiration.

3. Service Level & Network Availability
While Aladin Proxy aims for 99.9% network uptime, internet and third-party telecom disruptions outside our direct control may occasionally occur. We continuously monitor and reroute traffic to maintain high-speed connections across all locations.
